10 Minutes to Sexy Arms – I Promise!

Given how crowded the gym is these days, I know getting into shape, or more importantly, trying to look the way we did before the holiday food fest hit, is top of mind.  Many of you may have heard of Tracy Anderson, personal trainer to stars like Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.  I hear she is so good that a membership to her studio is over $1000 per month!  The good news is that her workouts have been featured in magazines like Self, and she sells videos and other consumer products at more reasonable prices.

While my gym instructors think Tracy and her methods are ridiculous, I have found one particular workout to be quite beneficial.  In fact, my husband, who tends not to notice changes in my body (which is a good thing when I put on a few pounds!), commented how great my arms looked after trying this new regimen.  This was great to hear because if there is one part of my body I worry about, it’s the arms.  Who doesn’t want sculpted, slim, sexy arms!?

Find 10 minutes, grab your two- or three-pound weights, and click here to get started.  Try this every other day for two weeks and see what you think.

Of course, if you have any body sculpting secrets, do tell!

I've always dreamed of starting my own business one day. My struggle wasn't about how to do it, but instead, what I wanted to do. I realized how much I love baking - it is what I turn to when I am bored or stressed. There are so many things to create and so many ways in which to create them. I look forward to sharing my favorite treats with you.

I just started “The Spartacus Workout.” It's a great 45 minute workout you can do in your home with very little space and with or without weights. Also, you do the circuit three times, so if you need to cut it shorter, it's ok. One reason it's so motivating is because you download a track for free from iTunes, and it tells you exactly how long to do everything and when to change exercises. It's almost like having a trainer. I keep the list of exercises up while the track is playing so I know which one to do next. It also has music in the background that makes you want to pump iron like the boys. 😉
